Hudson is proud to announce that it continues to exceed all expectations of growth and customer satisfaction. Hudson’s blue water operation continued to excel, completing over 540 voyages in 2013. Hudson’s expansion goes beyond simple voyage count, as Hudson continued to apply its P.E.A.R.L. management system and G.O.L.D. standard techniques to solve our customers’ most intractable supply chain challenges. Hudson’s customers took note of our efforts, showing their appreciation by giving Hudson’s SCM management business a 98% customer satisfaction rating. As Hudson reflects on its success in 2013, we look to surpass our performance in what is shaping up to be an industrious 2014.
