Geraldton, Australia - SEPT 2012
Hudson Shipping Lines surpassed the previous record by bringing the 81,354MT DWT, 229M long vessel M/V Kynouria to the mineral sand berth in Geraldton, Western Australia. The arrival and successful loading of this vessel by Hudson signifies their continuing commitment to be at the forefront of the shipping industry. Hudson uses and develops the most efficient, cutting edge, and creative shipping methods to increase productivity and profits for its customers.
"This kind of outside the box thinking is exactly what we were looking for. No cookie cutter solution would do, and we knew Hudson would be able to meet and exceed our demands" stated one member of the board.
The Kynouria's call to Geraldton was merely one stop in the parcelling route, which encompasses most of Western Australia before heading on its regular trade routes. Hudson expects to continue to develop new methods in order to increase the capability to call Oceania and global ports alike.
